Shipping policy
Shipping area
- We ship to United States addresses only (48 contiguous states + Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally.
Order production & delivery time
- All orders are custom-made. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production and delivery from the date your order is placed.
- This timeframe includes both item creation and standard shipping. If an order requires additional time it will be noted on the product page or in your order confirmation.
Shipping rates & free shipping
- Free standard shipping on domestic orders of $75.00 or more (after discounts and before tax).
- Orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat-rate or calculated shipping fee at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking & carrier
- Shipments include tracking information. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- We use major carriers; the carrier is chosen based on cost and delivery speed.
Address changes & undeliverable packages
- Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to reship.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with filing a claim and next steps.
